Only a small subset of users with specific queries have been given early access to their Biomesight results in our latest pipeline called "consensus" - so unless you have been advised that your results are available in the consensus pipeline, you won't have access yet. This is because we are still working on adapting the platform for this new pipeline. At this point, do not consider your consensus (taxonomy classification) results final.
To switch to Consensus, go to your dashboard. Look for the "Select Database" panel at the top of most pages - select Consensus.
You'll now see your list of samples that's available for Consensus. Select a sample as usual to view its result.
Please note that due to naming and other differences in GG1 (current Biomesight) and the new pipeline (Consensus), not all sections are ready and many are still under development.
