Only a small subset of users with specific queries have been given early access to their Greengenes 2 results - so unless you have been advised that your results are available in GG2, it won't be. This is because we are still working on adapting the platform for this new pipeline. The pipeline itself also needs significant updates before it will be ready. So at this point, do not consider your GG2 (taxonomy classification) results final.
To switch to Greengenes 2, go to your dashboard. Look for the "Select Database" panel at the top of most pages - select Greengenes 2.
You'll now see your list of samples that's available for Greengenes 2. Select a sample as usual to view it's GG2 result.
Please note that due to naming and other differences in GG1 (current Biomesight) and GG2, the gut health scores and recommendations are not as relevant now as there are differences that need to be handled.
