How can I download a CSV or NCBI version of the results?

CSV downloads are available either from the dashboard or the sample view.

The steps below are the same from both views.

1. Navigate to either the dashboard or the sample view. Note that dashboard access is available for family and practitioner accounts.
2. Find the relevant sample in the list.
3. Look for the CSV or NCBI column - note that you may need to use the scrollbar to scroll to the right, depending on your screen size.
4. Click on the CSV or NCBI link as in the screenshot below to download the .csv file
