CSV downloads are available either from the dashboard or the sample view.
The steps below are the same from both views.
- Navigate to either the dashboard or the sample view. Note that dashboard access is available for family and practitioner accounts.
- Find the relevant sample in the list.
Look for the CSV or NCBI column on the sample view - note that you may need to use the scrollbar to scroll to the right, depending on your screen size. You can see the screenshot below:
Click on the CSV or NCBI link to download the .csv file.
