Register an account with us at Biomesight. Once registered, validate your email address and go to:
My Samples - Upload Files.
Complete the sample upload form, including selecting the files from your sample. Do not rename the original file names as obtained from the lab. The original file names are essential for processing. If you rename the files it will fail.
Be sure to select the correct lab from the drop down as selecting the wrong lab might result in the FASTQ analysis failing.
You will receive an email when your analysis is completed and your results are ready. The process normally takes around 10 minutes.
