Lock client results until released

Practitioners have the ability to lock their client's results until it is released (unlocked) by them.
Two things are required to activate this feature on new samples -  it will not apply to existing samples that are already registered.

  1. Enable Sample locking - from your dashboard, click on the "Settings" button.

Check the box next to "lock user results until released" and press save:

2. Sample locking is only possible on user accounts that was either created by the practitioner OR the practitioner invited the user to Biomesight. This is to ensure that any other Biomesight users that are working with multiple practitioners or are also comfortable navigating their own journey alongside a practitioner, doesn't have their results locked unintentionally.

Once a sample is locked, you will see a lock icon next to the sample on your dashboard.

If a sample is locked, only the practitioner will receive an email when the result is ready.

To unlock a sample, press the unlock button under the "action" column on the dashboard for that sample. Please see screenshot above.

Once the practitioner unlocks the sample, the client will receive an email from Biomesight that their result is ready.
