How often will our recommendations be updated?

We release platforms updates several times a week, not all of which might affect your recommendations, however staying up to date with research findings is a major focus of ours.

We will not email you every time we make updates to our recommendations, interpretation or scoring systems and note that your score is dynamic and will change based on our overall dataset, therefore we encourage our users to check back in frequently to have a look around and see what we've added recently.
