Bulk downloads for researchers and practitioners

Bulk downloads are available for both the standard Greengenes 1 CSV and the FASTQ files.

To bulk download all your project's files,

1. Go to your dashboard
2. Change the selection to ALL samples using the page selector at the bottom of the grid and setting to All.

3. Select the checkbox at the top of the grid - this will select all your samples

4. Select the bulk action to take by selecting the relevant option from the Action on selected dropdown:

5. Your browser may prompt you to accept multiple downloads - please allow this and wait for the files to download.
