Bulk downloads for researchers and practitioners

Bulk downloads are available for both the standard Greengenes 1 CSV and the FASTQ files.

To bulk download all your project's files,

1. Go to your dashboard
2. Change the selection from Board to Table on the right hand side.

3. Select the checkbox at the top of the grid - this will select all your samples

4. At the bottom of the screen, you will be able to select and download CSV, FASTQ and RDP files.

5. Your browser may prompt you to accept multiple downloads - please allow this and wait for the files to download.
