My client would like to submit a review but do not have a review request that they can respond to - why is that?

Review requests are periodically generated in the system and is created at least 6 weeks after the client's results are released. This is intentional, so as to allow the client to have a chance to have the session with the practitioner and have time to assess how helpful the consultation has been. As a result, once a client has shared their results with you, they might not immediately have a review request they can respond to.
Once a review request is generated, the client will receive an email if they have opted in for marketing messages only. They will also be prompted and reminded of any outstanding review requests when they log into Biomesight.
