If you have a practitioner/family account, sharing your results with another practitioner using Biomesight's grant access feature, will only share your own results. It does not automatically share the full results you have access to from your dashboard.
How do I share client/family member reports?
Each user profile must be shared individually.
To do this:
- Use the profile switcher at the top of your dashboard to change to the relevant user profile.
- Grant access as usual
- You can revoke access this way as well by removing the practitioner from the required profile
You should receive a confirmation email with the details of the specific user and the practitioner that you have shared with.
This ensures client or family member data remains private and is only shared when you choose to do so.
