I see a virus listed in the CSV results export but can't see it on the platform, why is this?

When viewing your results in the CSV download, you will see a virus result like the below:

As part of the lab processing, the lab adds phiX control DNA to the library in order to increase the sequence diversity. The lab post processing (before generating the FASTQ file containing the DNA sequencing) is done to remove this but some is left behind and our bioinformatics step identifies this. We do not include it in platform results as it does not relate to the sample and can be disregarded.
