How can I remove a client I no longer work with from my dashboard?

For practitioners that have many clients, the dashboard might get very busy with all the samples as well as the sample updates from customers. If you were granted access to a client but no longer wish to have access to their results, you can revoke it. Please note though that once you remove a client and their samples, it will no longer be counted towards the number of samples and clients on your public practitioner profile. Having more samples and clients will help you to rank higher in the list of practitioners available for booking on Biomesight.

1. From your dashboard, click the My clients button

2. Locate the client you would like to remove in the list. You can filter the list by entering part of their name into the search box.
3. Click the revoke access button for the client and click yes to continue with the removal when you are prompted to proceed.revoke_access.png
